A story about Polish women, not only on the road...
There is something very moving... when one comes back to the country after a long absence,
they almost kisses all those large and small holes in the road out of sheer happiness, just because they exist, because one can trip even on a straight road, because the road signs are placed the wrong way and they confuse us, because it is so difficult to reach one´s destination, and because of all other defects, so beautifully matching our thoroughly romantic landscape…
The collection is also a joke about our Polish spirit, our personality, in which no traits are mutually exclusive, where black can accompany white, in which there are no clear rules, just as there are no straight roads in Poland.
The collection was also inspired by the 1930´s fascination with automobiles, images of paths, roads and other wayside phenomena and all those things within us: black and white, colourless and colourful, our surroundings, environment, people, as well as emotions, impressionas, thoughts, ideas and feeling. Built on the basis of contrasts, combining fabrics of different weight, stiffness and texture, the collection is composed of tulle, denim and nylon.
